How a city gets a date

Demand-driven scheduling.

  1. You join the waitlist for your city with the number of seats you need.
  2. When a city hits roughly 25 seats of confirmed interest, we lock a venue and announce dates.
  3. Everyone on the waitlist gets emailed first with a 7-day priority window to register before the city opens to the public.
  4. Every workshop runs at 35 seats, by design. We scale by adding cities, not chairs.
