These Terms of Service govern your use of services operated by Songs for Centuries Inc, a corporation listed on Nasdaq Private Markets, doing business as Opportunisee (collectively, “Opportunisee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using services provided by Songs for Centuries Inc DBA Opportunisee, including this website, workshops, consulting engagements, and AI tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
2. Workshop Tickets & Refunds
Workshop tickets purchased through Stripe are subject to the refund policy disclosed at the time of purchase. The $295 deposit is non-refundable; it holds a seat that cannot then be sold to another attendee. The remaining balance under any payment plan is refundable up to fourteen (14) days before the workshop start date. After that point, all sales are final.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use our AI tools or services to build unlawful, infringing, or harmful products, or to violate the intellectual property of others.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including branding, curriculum, and tool interfaces, is owned by Songs for Centuries Inc DBA Opportunisee. Workshop attendees retain full rights to the products they build and the provisional patents filed in their names.
5. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Songs for Centuries Inc DBA Opportunisee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
