Why we built this.

For a decade plus, Allen Johnson and Dawn Johnson built operations across events, music, real estate, and media. We kept seeing the same pattern. Every major technological shift crowned a new class of winners, and most people never noticed the shift until it was too late.

We built a small set of in-house AI tools for our own companies first, the same tools that now run our marketing, our valuations, and our day-to-day operations. When friends and founders asked how we were shipping this fast, we realized the stack we were using internally was exactly what every founder needs right now. Opportunisee is the education and services arm that teaches people how to think like a builder rather than a bystander and how to protect what they build.

He has spent more than a decade building ventures across events, music, real estate, and media, and architected the AI-native build process the workshop teaches. I've always been the person with the ideas. I could see the problem, map out the solution, even picture exactly what the tool needed to look like. Lori Cole is a seasoned Brand Marketing, Experiential Events, and Tour Operations professional with an extensive background executing high-profile campaigns, nationwide tours, product launches, retail activations, and live consumer experiences across the United States. With decades of hands-on experience, Lori has built a reputation for delivering flawless brand execution, increasing customer engagement, driving sales, and managing complex logistics for some of the world's most recognized brands.

Her career includes leadership roles representing major companies such as Jaguar, Land Rover, Volkswagen, Lincoln Mercury, Nintendo, AT&T, Microsoft, Intel, Levi's, Dr Pepper, Motorola, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, General Mills, Burger King, Cadillac, Hennessy, Moët & Chandon, and Lowe's.

Throughout her career, Lori has managed mobile marketing tours, supervised event teams, handled recruiting and staffing, coordinated registrations, trained brand ambassadors, operated commercial vehicles, managed budgets, maintained inventory, and served as the on-site authority for major activations.
